Notes
Does not drain significant amount of power from battery immediately upon use. Either drains none at all (and will be fixed in later versions) or keeps some sort of internal charge separate from main car battery. Either way, the amount of power it requires is low enough that a single motorcycle battery and solar panel are enough to charge it for major repairs.
When using it to repair the car, you need welding goggles or Anti-Glare Compensators and be standing at most 4 tiles from the rig itself (not just the car) with no impassable tiles between you and it. You can also interact with it to use it as a soldering iron.
